Tasha B started her journey in the fitness world 15 years ago when she fell in love with group fitness classes. 2 years ago, she finally got out of her shell and became a fitness instructor getting certified in Zumba and H.E.A.T(High Energy Aerobic Toning) as well as becoming a GX Instructor. As a GX instructor Tasha B specializes in Cardio dance HIIT, Kickboxing, HIIT, and Body sculpting. Tasha's program, including home dance workouts and home fitness workouts will help you meet your fitness goals from the comfort of your living room!!

Hip Hop HIIT Cardio workout thats fun for all levels of fitness! Every other Hip Hop workout song will be followed by body weight strength exercises! Hip Hop Cardio for 3-4 minute followed by Body weight Strength for 2 minutes. Get ready to Sweat and knock out calories quickly with this fun, high-energy full body dance workout that you can do from HOME!
Get stretched and ready for this 550 rep, real time, Full Body Shred challenge workout! There’s 10 different exercises in this strength training HIIT workout. To start you’ll do 10 reps of each exercise with little to no rest in between.
This workout will help tone, shape your body at home or in the gym just by using resistance/mini/loop bands! Get to Activating those muscles! Remember to Warm up and Cool down! For a more advanced workout, try repeating this workout 2-3 times!
I hope you enjoy my Full Body, Cardio Strength HIIT workout that you can do anywhere and follow easily! Be ready to move quickly from exercise to exercise with no rest.(30 sec of cardio followed by 30 secs of a body weight strength move). I will give you a low and high impact instructions. Please make sure you cool and stretch once your workout is complete.
A 12 min Full Body Cardio Strength HIIT workout routine that you can do at home and is equipment free! In this routine, you’ll keep moving for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest! Warm up is included. Feel Free to drop a comment down in the description to let the me know how you went.
